All product prices include FREE standard parcel post delivery (with tracking) for orders over $99 unless otherwise stated on our web site, under $99 we will show you the lowest cost delivery options. Prices are subject to change without notice including additional postage fees and charges not previously quoted or mentioned. Each individual order including recurring orders must be over $99 to get free shipping.

SmileCareDirect reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there has been an error on the website, technical or otherwise, and the incorrect product price, description or other information has been displayed. The customer will be notified in due course if such a situation arises.

GST and Handling Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all website pricings are exclusive of GST. In order to itemise all customer accounts the GST component (10% of the product value excluding handling and/or shipping charges) are added either during website checkout or when your payment is made.

Lost Parcels & Additional Shipping Information

SmileCareDirect processing and packing system ensures the accuracy of package, handling and initial dispatch. During parcel preparation, the customer's details will be recorded with tracking numbers. A confirmation email is provided after an order is placed via our web site.

Upon dispatch and for orders that have added registered postage you will be notified via email.

SmileCareDirect accepts no liability for lost packages, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, failed postal outlet pickup return to sender or any other customer or carrier error except when the customer’s name has not been entered into the customer shipping database. If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, it is the customer's responsibility to contact SmileCareDirect directly.

SmileCareDirect agrees to assist where possible and necessary after the claim has started. In the event of an incorrect address supplied during checkout, failed postal outlet pickup, return to sender or any other customer or carrier error SmileCareDirect can arrange a resend of the original item via regular or express post for a fee of $15 respectively. In the event of the original postage fee exceeding the $15 fee threshold the full original flat rate postage fee plus an additional administration charge (calculated on the size and weight of the order) must be paid prior to the release and re-dispatch of the item. This fee covers handling, additional postage costs and will provide tracking to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
